New Mobile Marketing Technology for Realtors

Mobile marketing is still taking shape and there is yet a lot more room for experimentation. From tourism to real estate, QR codes are leading the charge of the marketing industry into the future. Goomzee Corp, a mobile technology solutions provider, is taking claim as the first company to provide a bundle of two-way SMS marketing, QR marketing with lead capture, and branded Internet Data Exchange into a single mobile product suite.

The suite, dubbed Realty Connect, is geared toward realtors looking to gain an edge on the competition through use of technology. Integrating with multiple listing services’ data exchange, the suite generates a marketing campaign and eliminates double entries for agents.

Goomzee says that the problem that realtors have had in the past with QR codes is that they only redirected clients to a slimmed down website, offering little to no lead capture. The company says it has developed methods to implement user identification to generate lead alerts when clients scan the QR codes – a tactic that requires nothing from the client other than scanning the code.

In a statement, Goomzee founder and CEO, Mike Sparr, said that additional patents were filed so that the company can offer customers the exclusivity of their services: “Our best-of-breed mobile marketing platform is truly second to none.”

Goomzee is so sure of its product that it has completely overhauled its corporate website to support it and aim for a re-launch Monday.

As QR technology becomes integrated with other tried and true methods of marketing, it is gaining ground as a catalyst for innovation in the field.
