Many people who shop over their smartphones are dissatisfied with the problems they find on sites. According to Harris Interactive, 30 percent of all consumers who use mobile commerce will not return to shop at a site where they have experienced problems in the past, meaning that nearly a third are not willing to give a site a second chance. A ForeSee Results study has revealed the top 25 companies for smartphone shopping satisfaction. The results of a study that was performed throughout the entire holiday shopping season last year have just been revealed and have shown the dominant mobile commerce players in terms of customer satisfaction. Amazon took the lead, but not by a very big distance, as Apple was only slightly behind it.
