The state now has downloadable passports for those who are vaccinated, soon to include scannable barcodes. Virginia has announced that residents of the state will soon be able to download QR code vaccine records that they can use to prove they have received their shots. Delivery Club has started offering temporary wearable barcodes to Moscow residents. A Russian food delivery service called Delivery Club has started providing temporary QR code tattoos to Moscow residents. The barcodes are required for patrons to be able to gain entry into the company’s bars and restaurants.
