With only a week before Cyber Monday, Sears Holdings has announced the heavily anticipated new and enhanced e-commerce and m-commerce website features at its Sears.com, Kmart.com, and mygofer.com sites.

This retail giant has made several changes in order to make it easier for consumers to navigate the sites on one of the biggest days of the year for online shopping. These efforts include the user of mobile apps that provide the opportunity for accessing the inventory at local stores, as well as mygofer-powered home delivery services. This gives customers the opportunity to shop in the way they want, no matter the time or where they are.

Senior vice president and president Sears Holdings marketing, online, and financial services, Imran Jooma, explained that the company understands how busy consumers are at this time of year, including on Cyber Monday. For this reason, they are providing customers with the opportunity to customize their experience through several services and features “that allow them to not only shop for incredible savings, but have a more enjoyable shopping experience.”

Regardless of whether customers are using laptops at home or mobile devices while they’re on the go, they will be able to access the limited-time Free Shipping offer at Sears, as well as a number of other suite shopping features, such as:

• Mobile apps and websites for Sears, Kmart, and mygofer, which function on Android, iPhone, and mobile browsers.

• The People’s Pick service, which allows consumers to vote on products within various categories to help decide where the next sales will be.

• Same-day delivery.

• Buy online, pick up in-store.
