Roger Parks is the name of the vice president of product and the co-founder of Doxo, and he explained that while QR codes aren’t anything that they created, this application of the barcodes is brand new. He said that “We took two things that are in the market today, QR codes and mobile payments, and bridged the gap so that now that QR code is interesting and meaningful to me, and capturing me at the time I’m trying to take action looking at this bill.”
