Phone conversion optimization company from the enterprise level, Mongoose Metrics, has become a top provider in call tracking solutions, and has now announced its latest QR Call Tracking solution.

It made the announcement at the New York City eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit. This new technology from Mongoose allows marketers to include QR code integration into their call tracking campaigns so that they can get the most out of the potential of their web and mobile device conversions.

This new QR Call Tracking solution allows smartphone users to be connected to advertisers at the precise moment that they are in the process of shopping and then provides the advertiser with useful behavioral data relating to that experience.

QR codes are becoming much more popular as mobile marketers come up with new ways of integrating them into their overall campaigns. Almost two out of every three people in a recent mobile marketing study have indicated that they have seen a QR code, and about one third of those people have actually scanned one with their mobile device.

Marketers use these two dimensional quick response barcodes to connect smartphone users with online digital content and to build their numbers for mobile phone-based actions such as SMS, email, and liking a user with a site using the device’s web browser.

This new solution will provide marketers with the ability to bring their QR code marketing integration up to a new level with the capability of tracking the users of those codes.

Stephen Abbey, the co-founder of Mongoose Metric explained the benefit of the solution by saying that “If a marketer understands what drives conversions, they can refine and optimize those efforts over time to drive up conversion rates.”
