Like the NFC systems that are being used in other restaurants in other parts of the world, this system is expected to increase the sales at the restaurant while reducing wait times.

The downside of the system is that it can only be used by customers with NFC-enabled mobile devices. The availability of these devices is still quite low in Thailand.
