The newly announced iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone Pro Max deliver advanced user performance.
These new iPhones, which were recently announced at Tuesday’s Apple Event, have caught the attention of consumers, not only for their impressive features, iOS 13, and support for Wi-Fi 6, but also for their expensive price tag.
The most expensive phone costs nearly the same as a 13-inch MacBook Pro.
The iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max will both be available in the colors silver, gold, midnight green and space gray, and in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB models. The Pro has a starting price of $999 and the Pro Max, a starting price of $1,099. Consumers interested in obtaining the most expensive of the bunch, the iPhone 11 Pro Max 512 GB model, will pay $1,450 for the phone.
To put this into greater perspective, Business Insider notes that the $1,450 Pro Max price tag is a mere $50 shy of the mid-range $1,500 MackBook Pro with a Core i5, 8GB of RAM, and 256 GB of storage.
That being said, price aside, these new iPhones do come fully loaded with a variety of features that has Apple claiming them to be “the most powerful and advanced smartphones” that the company has ever made.
The new iPhones have the brightest display ever in an Apple smartphone.
iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are the new pro line for iPhone that have been designed to deliver advanced performance for users seeking the top-of-the-line smartphone.
The phones are equipped with a new Super Retina XDR display. This is a pro display that Apple claims is the brightest display ever featured in an iPhone. In terms of cameras, the models feature a new triple-camera system that provides a pro-level camera experience with an Ultra Wide, Wide and Telephoto camera. This system offers massive improvements to low-light photography. Moreover, the company says that the iPhone 11 Pro series phones deliver the highest quality video in a smartphone, making them ideal for shooting action videos.
“iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are the most powerful and advanced smartphones we have ever made,” said Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, in a news release. “They are packed with sophisticated technology that pros can count on to get their work done, and for anyone who wants the very best device made, even if they are not a pro.”
