Top retailer mobile commerce solution, mShopper, has announced the launch of a full API suite that will broaden its m-commerce platform for any business that wants to integrate with mShopper’s mobile marketing and shopping functionality, which currently leads the industry.

In their announcement, they stated that their functionality is now completely remotely accessible, which permits partners to white-label the solution quite easily for their retailers.

The decision made by mShopper to offer this new mobile platform was made alongside the release of an mStore Dashboard that has been entirely redesigned. This Dashboard allows retailers to gain full control over their mStore, which is comparable to the way that they would usually manage their e-commerce store. Merchants can easily select the URL for their mStore, design assets, perform product data integration, and launch their mStore within any smartphone that runs a browser.

Moreover, the Dashboard provides tools that are simple to use for marketing and merchandising the mStore, including schedulers for Hot Deals, reminders for abandoned carts, registration forms to encourage the building of a mobile database, promotional tools for driving traffic from channels that are not mobile, and a powerful program for marketing through text messaging.

According to David Gould, the CEO of mShopper, said that by making this platform available, the company has offered its e-commerce providers “the power to easily integrate a customized mobile commerce solution that they can offer their merchants, in time for the holidays.” Both Twitter and Facebook have already shown that the key to encouraging adoption of new software is an open model.
