ForeSee has just announced the start of a new mobile commerce partnership with Branding Brand which will allow for the seamless integration of the services of both companies.

These two businesses will complement one another as they obtain a better measure of customer experience.

ForeSee is currently the worldwide leader in technology driven analytics regarding the customer experience. Branding Brand is among the top mobile commerce solutions platforms for powering both apps and optimized websites. This partnership will bring together the applications and sites powered by Branding Brand with the customer experience satisfaction analytics from ForeSee.

The integration of these two capabilities can help to significantly optimize mobile commerce.

The Branding Brand mobile commerce platform is already being used by some of the largest companies in the world, including Costco, Sephora, Drugstore.com, Steve Madden, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and others.

ForeSee, on the other hand, was the first company to create a customer experience measuring technology directly through the mobile commerce site, with random samples of visitors representative of the traffic to sites and among app users. The data collected through this methodology is then analyzed and turned into actionable intelligence about the customers, which can then be used to predict future paths and alter current strategies.

This type of measurement allows companies involved in mobile commerce to be able to better quantify the influence and impact that the channel is having on the overall experience.

Chris Mason, the CEO and co-founder of Branding Brand, said that the company “is dedicated to keeping our clients connected to their customers.” He also added that “Offering our clients seamless integration of ForeSee’s mobile measurement technology for their m-commerce site, app, or tablet experience takes this one step further.”

On the other side of the deal, the senior director of mobile at ForeSee, Eric Feinberg, said that the Branding Brand mobile commerce partnership with his company “will make it even easier for top retailers to measure the mobile experience using ForeSee’s credible, reliable, predictive metrics so business leaders can manage their mobile initiatives forward.”
