Midaire LLC Launches “Backward Revolutionary” Telecommunication Service; Files Patent on “Impossible” App
Marietta, GA, July 12, 2013 –(PR.com)– Midaire LLC announces today that it has developed and successfully implemented its BackFlip™ telecommunication service. BackFlip, aimed at the SMB marketplace, brings IP telephony to business customers without the need for any change in telecommunication equipment.
BackFlip is Midaire’s entry into modern “IP” telephony, which brings a business’ telephone service in over their Internet. Among other advantages, IP telephony typically lends immediate cost savings over what SMBs pay for traditional business telephone service. (The term “IP Telephony” is generally synonymous with other terms: “Voice over IP” or “VoIP” and “SIP” which stands for Session Initiation Protocol).
“With Midaire’s BackFlip product, the customer gets cost effective service without having to purchase any new telephones or equipment, learn a new the intricacies of a new telephone system, or even change the way that they do business,” cites Michael LeBrun, Midaire LLC senior partner. “We call it ‘backward revolutionary’ because it works with the equipment they already use and own, making it not only cost effective, but sensible. Midaire can come in after business hours, initialize BackFlip for our new customer, and when the customer comes to work the next day, they won’t know the difference. But at the end of the month, they’d pay less than they have before.”
In addition to BackFlip, Midaire also has a feature rich IP-to-the-desktop version of its service – Midaire “MidPoint™.” Both BackFlip and MidPoint services are immediately available through Midaire’s agent and dealer network.
Midaire has also filed a patent for its development of “Lines on Mobile” (of “LoM”) application. The “LoM” capability allows a SMB user to access their business telephone service when they are away from the office by establishing remote access capability to the installed business communication system. “The application does the impossible,” claims LeBrun, “as it gives remote access to equipment that doesn’t have that capability at all.” A SMB proprietor, who is away from the office, will be able to discretionarily pick up phone calls and use business lines for outgoing calls. A critical differentiator is that LoM will actually work on the “voice side” of a mobile device as opposed to a device’s “data side” which is common for all SIP clients. This “voice side” characteristic will give the user greater range and more dependable sound quality. LoM will be marketed by Midaire as “AirePocket™” and will be available in the 4th quarter of 2013.
